All of our refurbished items are tested thoroughly by our in-house technicians to ensure they are functioning properly and for added peace of mind, we offer 90 day manufacturer's warranty. Though these are refurbished items, we will not compromise on performance, quality and customer satisfaction.
Grading
As previously mentioned, items will be verified and tested to ensure its full functionality. The differentiation in its grading stems from the aesthetic of the product which includes variables such as original packaging, accessories and cosmetic defects (scratches/marks) which is described in the table below

| Grade A+ | Essentially brand new in excellent condition. With its original box, packaging, accessories and inserts. May have a slight mark/scratching's on its housing that occurs due to the nature of the product. |
| Grade A | Essentially brand new in excellent condition. May have a slight mark/scratching's on its housing that occurs due to the nature of the product. |
| Grade B | Good condition. Additional marks/scratching's on its housing which is reflective in the price. |
| Grade C | Satisfactory condition. Further additional marks/scratching's on its housing which is reflective in the price. |
